SUNDRY INTERNAL
- Tile skirting – including fixing and finishing to developer’s specification.
WINDOWS & DOORS
- Provide toilet windows with 5 mm thick Stypolite glass and other windows 4 mm clear glass.
- Customized frame windows generally as per developer’s design and specification.
- Internal doors as per developer’s specification.
- External doors solid timber as per developer’s specification.
- Paint all external timber doors wood sealer.
- Paint all internal doors
- All internal doors in steel doorframes with 2 lever mortice locksets to developers design and specification.
DAMPROOFING
- To Engineers specification and SABS approved dampproofing to be laid in under building windows and behind structure walls.
CONCRETE BEAMS AND LINTELS:
- All beams, if deemed necessary by engineer, to engineer’s design and precast lintels, if deemed necessary by engineer, to be used throughout.
CEILINGS:
- 2 coats PVA under slabs.
- Ceiling board painted with 2 coats PVA
- Cornices as per developers design and specification
KITCHEN UNITS AND CUPBOARDS:
- Kitchen - Fitted Melamine Carcas and customized units with Formica worktops to developers design and specification
- Bedrooms - Build in Cupboard - Fitted Melamine Carcas with veneer timber doors as per developer’s design and specification.
PLUMBING:
- White sanitary ware to bath, toilets and basins to developer’s specifications.
- Taps and mixers to developer’s specifications.
- 1 X 150 Liter High pressure geyser complete with tray.
- Washing machine connection points.
- All Plumbing, drainage and connectors in accordance with regulations.
ELECTRICAL:
- Prepaid power system.
- Single-phase electrical supply.
